GapFindy offers one-time payment plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 7-day refund policy — if you're not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, using the Service for any illegal purpose, or interfering with the proper functioning of the Service.
Lifetime plan users may use their own API keys with the Service. You are responsible for any costs associated with your own API usage. We do not store or have access to your API keys beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GapFindy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
GapFindy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
